A CLM You Can Actually Trust

Your CLM shouldn’t get more expensive. Harder
to use. And impossible to leave.

Stuck with a CLM that doesn't work?

Introducing the Spotdraft Contract Buyout Program

The problems that push teams to look for a new CLM

Unpredictable Pricing
Renewal quotes that jump unexpectedly due to poorly communicated pricing changes, often pushing upgrades or features you don’t need.

SpotDraft provides transparent, predictable pricing from the start.
Absent Support
Support requests languish in queues for days, and customer success only seems to appear when it’s time to discuss renewal.

SpotDraft offers 24/7 multi-channel support with a dedicated customer success team for every account.
Painful Migration
Exporting your contracts becomes a manual headache, with disconnected data, no bulk export, and little migration support.

SpotDraft handles the migration process end-to-end. Its our headache, not yours.
Partner-Led Implementation
Implementations drag on for months, requiring costly consultants and multiple vendors with no single accountable owner.

SpotDraft implementations are fully managed in-house. One team. One point of contact. Faster go-live.

We were very unhappy with the financials and how the renewal was handled. The costs felt completely out of line once we factored in the other products we needed.”

The biggest issue has been support. The only way to get help is by opening tickets, and every question leads to long back and forth before you get answers. It becomes a nightmare”

We would speak to the vendor, and the vendor would speak to the implementation partner, but the vendor and partner “wouldn't speak”
to each other”
