Sterling Miller

A three-time general counsel, Sterling currently serves as the CEO and Senior counsel at Hilgers Graben PLLC. Sterling is the author of an award-winning legal blog entitled “Ten Things You Need to Know as In-House Counsel.”

Miller is an industry thought leader who has presented keynote speeches, webinars, offsites, and more at places like SXSW. His legal publications have covered topics like artificial intelligence and the power of data analytics. Sterling Miller is the five-time author of books covering topics ranging from the American Bar Association, the history of professional football, and a cookbook. His most recent work on the ABA, Showing the Value of the Legal Department: More than Just a Cost Center, was published in December 2021. Today, Miller also consults with legal departments, facilitates offsites, and coaches in-house lawyers.

Jamie Hurewitz

Jamie Hurewitz is a legal leader with over 15 years of in-house legal experience advising companies across sectors such as banking, healthcare, and DevOps, on commercial licensing, intellectual property, employment issues, corporate matters, and compliance.She is currently the General Counsel of eSSENTIAL Accessibility, a comprehensive digital accessibility-as-a-service platform.

Hurewitz earned a joint J.D./M.B.A. from Hamline University School of Law and the University of St. Thomas and is currently pursuing an executive LLM in Securities and Financial Regulations from Georgetown University Law Center.

Over the past several years Hurewitz has become a passionate advocate and influencer in the space of global expansion and the support of distributed, remote workforces. Outside work, Jamie enjoys attending Broadway plays, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Shashank Bijapur

Bijapur is the co-founder and CEO of SpotDraft, an end-to-end contract automation platform. After completing his Juris Doctor at Harvard Law School, he joined White & Case in New York as an attorney.
