Shashank Bijapur

Shashank is the Co-founder and CEO of SpotDraft, an end-to-end contract automation platform. After studying law at Harvard, he joined White & Case, New York, as an attorney. Those initial years of practicing corporate law gave him a good understanding of the everyday challenges lawyers face and also honed his entrepreneurial insights. As the CEO of SpotDraft, Shashank integrates his legal expertise with global insights to solve problems that are most pertinent for today’s legal teams. An avid reader, Shashank is an active member of multiple legal communities. Shashank is passionate about helping lawyers do and achieve more everyday and envisions doing so through his journey with SpotDraft.

Tyler Finn

Tyler Finn is the Head of Community & Growth at SpotDraft. Previously, Tyler served as an Advisor to TechGC, a key SpotDraft partner, where he helped grow the start-up and venture in-house counsel community from ~500 to 5,000+.He also has years of experience working on start-up legal teams, having led privacy & public policy for Foursquare and Factual. He continues to advise a small number of start-ups on privacy and data protection matters.

Vikram Paul

Vikram is the General Manager for North America at SpotDraft. He leads partnership initiatives and is active in various other facets of the company’s US go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining SpotDraft, Vikram practiced law in New York City at Lowenstein Sandler, a large law firm. He advised startups on venture deals and worked with CEOs and GCs to resolve day-to-day legal issues as outside counsel. Vikram recognizes the potential for SaaS to improve how companies approach their legal needs and aims to help in-house teams take advantage of the latest tools available.
