Turnaround Time Insights

You can now view detailed turnaround times (TAT) for each stage of the contract lifecycle directly on the Contract Details page. This helps you quickly identify bottlenecks and optimize your workflows.

Easier Contract Version Comparison

Figuring out the differences between two contract versions is now simple. With clean snapshots, instant previews, and focused comparisons, you can quickly see only the versions that matter — no downloads required.

Conditional Signatories

With the new Conditional Signatories system, you can set rules that automatically assign the right signatory based on contract conditions like value, region, or department. This eliminates manual workarounds, reduces last-minute changes, and ensures every contract is signed accurately and compliantly.

Keep Express Contracts in Sync:

Update the content of Express Contracts anytime, and your public shareable links will always reflect the latest terms. No more outdated links — everything stays current.

Approval Setup Visibility

Admins can now see approval rules, restrictions, and reset options right on the contract page. This means, faster troubleshooting, fewer support tickets, and full transparency into why approvals trigger (or don’t).

Other updates:

• Legal can now restrict Business Users from sending contracts for signing
• The Sharepoint Integration now lets you store your executed contracts based of folder structures or metadata based folder structure.
