LiteLLM for faster AI responses

We have implemented a smart routing layer for the SpotDraft AI suite. Now, we automatically redirect requests to the best available AI provider or region during peak hours, ensuring your AI responses are fast and accurate all the time!
New Integrations with Typeform

With the new SpotDraft–Typeform integration, every Typeform submission can automatically generate a contract draft in SpotDraft. This contract will be fully mapped and structured, and ready to go for approval or signing. Know More
First Page Stamp Extraction

First Page Stamp Extraction, an AI-powered feature that automatically reads and extracts key information from the first page of your stamp papers—such as Stamp ID, Watermark details, Issue Dates, and Party Names—ensuring accurate contract data every time.
Computations now available for Third-Party Paper (TPP) Workflows
We’ve extended our powerful computations feature to Third-Party Paper workflows, allowing admins to implement complex logic and calculations in TPP workflows. For example, derive a contract's end date using Effective Date + Term.
Other updates:
- For customers whose counterparties sign contracts outside SpotDraft, the “Mark as executed” box now stays unchecked by default, so contracts aren’t marked as signed too early — making it easier to track the actual executed versions.
- Users can now directly invite workspace members as signatories to a specific contract, without needing changes at the contract type level. Know More
