Is there a limit on the number of referrals I can make?

Answer

You can refer as many people as you want to SpotDraft, and you'll be able to see the statistics on the referral portal dashboard. If the referral is a good fit for SpotDraft, you get a $300 reward, and every referral that becomes a SpotDraft customer gets you an additional $700.

Can I invite other members of my organization to join this referral program?

Answer

You can write to us at referrals@spotdraft.com with the name, designation, and email address of any other member of your organization who would be interested in joining our referral program. We will invite them for the same.

Question 4

What is the expected timeline for a referral to move across SpotDraft’s pipeline?

Answer

We will prioritize your referral’s callback request for a quicker start. Post discussions with our team, we’ll try to understand if they are a good fit for SpotDraft and vice versa. The referral portal will get updated as they move across our process, and we will also update you over an email.

What would be my involvement in the subsequent processes?

Answer

While setting up efficient contract management processes is primarily the responsibility of your in-house legal team, contract management software is for every team in your organization involved in producing or executing a contract.

Onboarding a contract lifecycle management (CLM) software typically helps the legal, sales, finance, procurement, and HR teams.

When do I receive my referral reward?

Answer

As soon as your referral becomes a qualified lead post discussion with our team, i.e., they are a good match with SpotDraft; we will roll out the first reward of $300. When a referral purchases SpotDraft and signs a contract with us, you will receive the second reward of $700.

Please note that rewards will be offered at the equivalent conversion rate in USD, GBP or INR.
