Smart Data Capture on SpotDraft can extract any contract metadata without needing time-consuming training processes. Instead, it relies on natural language descriptions from users, as easy as explaining what you're looking for to a human.

Now, we’ve introduced AI-powered auto-generation and enhancement of metadata descriptions. SpotDraft AI takes your inputs and enhances them to create more accurate, and LLM-friendly descriptions of the contract metadata you want to extract. 

Revamped Org Settings for Better Navigation

We’ve made navigating settings easier by splitting “Organization” into two distinct sections. Previously, managing workspace names, logos, and entities was grouped together, leading to confusion. Now, "Entities" has its own tab, and "Organization" has been renamed to “Workspace Profile” to better reflect its internal focus.

Select Your Party on VerifAI for More Accurate Contract Reviews

We’ve enhanced VerifAI’s accuracy by allowing users to specify the party they represent (for eg. Vendor or Customer). With this additional context, VerifAI tailors its review and suggestions based on the party, improving the overall accuracy by ~5%. 

Save Progress in Template Questionnaires

We’ve added a “Save All Responses” button to template questionnaires, so you can now save your progress at any point.

If you need to step away, your responses will be saved, allowing you to pick up where you left off when you return.

Other Cool Stuff

• You can now download data directly from your Contract Analytics dashboards as a CSV, allowing you to perform additional analysis if needed.
• Track Changes are now enabled by default in the Only Office editor preview, ensuring all edits are visible by default
• Introduced breadcrumb navigation across the product to make navigation easier
• On the Activity Log, pressing Shift + Enter now adds a new line - allowing you to type longer messages.
